France summons ambassador from U.S. and Australia over AUKUS's first cooperation deal, over submarine contract breakage. The U.S. Biden administration's diplomatic and security policies are notoriously lacking in politeness. As is the case with the withdrawal from Afghanistan, even if the direction is good, there are problems with the way it is done and the procedures. France's summoning of ambassadors from the U.S. and Australia makes China smile.

フランス・オーストラリア関係の著名な専門家・戦略家であるブルーノ・テルトレ氏によると、バイデン政権は発表日の昨日までAUKUSのことをフランスに伝えていなかったとのことです。

この件についていくつか考えてみた。 

①マクロンとバイデンの関係はアフガニスタン問題で急速に悪化している。 

②フランス人は屈辱を感じて怒りを爆発させている。 

③パリは急速に米国の軌道から離れている。 

④米英は中国に対抗するためにオーストラリアと安全保障協定を結んだのは正しかった。
